Guidance displays from Digitekno in Vuosaari harbour ticket terminal

Digitekno Oy has delivered quidance displays to the ticket terminal of the new Vuosaari harbour in Helsinki. The terminal was taken into use in November 2008.
Above each of the six terminal lanes there is located a guidance display. The display indicates whether the lane is in use or closed. In addition to a text information section, the displays contain symbolic lane guides. The displays are built with DLM-200 series LED display elements with number height of 200 mm. The guidance displays are connected to a control computer through a local area network (LAN). Below is a photo of the ticket terminal displays. New generation text matrix displays and clock time / temperature displays

Digitekno has developed a new generation of display device series utilising high brightness LED technology. The new devices can serve as information displays, acting as effective eye-catchers at the same time..

Text matrix displays of the new DLM series cover versions DLM-100, DLM-200 and DLM-300 that have character height of 100 mm, 200 mm and 300 mm, respectively. The displays are available with several different colour choices..

Clock time / Temperature display DCT-4320L/AC has number height of 320 mm and display colour is amber or red. Clock time and temperature are alternately shown on the display.

Clock time / Temperature / Text display DLM-10300LA has character height of 300 mm and display colour is amber or red. The display shows alternately clock time, temperature and a text defined by user. The text can contain e.g. a product offer, an ad message or some other topic message. The message text is defined with a PC program and then loaded into the display unit. The necessary PC software is included in the delivery.

Large number display - digit height is up to 1200 mm

Digitekno Oy has developed a numeric bright-light LED display that provides a good character visibility even at long distances. The digit height of up to 1200 mm enables applications outdoors and in large halls, where the need for a long viewing distance is a necessity. The display is available with yellow or red coloured digits. The computer interface is RS-232, RS-485 or a current loop as standard. Other interfaces are available upon a special request. The devices are built in a rugged metal housing. Power supply interface is 230 Vac.
