Cabassy Oy has acquired the business of Digitekno Oy, according to an agreement that was signed on 26.4.2011. From 01.05.2011, the jointed business of the two companies continues under the name Digitekno Oy.
The new owners of the jointed company are Tauno Marttinen, Arto Malm and Jouni Hakkola.
The staff of the jointed company will continue working in their positions as former employees.

Digitekno Oy acquired the business of Indora Oy on 20.9.2007

Indora Oy has produced display boards and other products based on long-life and high brightness LED lamps. Many of the products are known by the brand Toplite^®. From the acquisition date, the products of Indora are including to the product selection of Digitekno Oy. As a result of the business acquisition, the name "Indora" is an auxiliary operating name of Digitekno Oy.
