Our goal is to develop products that need minimally
servicing or other after sales maintenancing work. But our maintenancing
support is flexibly available in case of need for servicing, repairing,
alteration or software updating work. Depending on a product range,
we grant a product warranty period of 1 to 2 years from the initial
delivery.
As one of the principle goals we strive for in
our product designing work, is the utmost good functionality of
spare part support. We use a certain standard component selection
in our products. By this way we secure the availability of spare
parts and components even in the future. We continuously monitor
the development of component technology and availability. According
to availability information combined with our quality and application
tests, we develop and update our component assortment approved for
designing.
We follow the ISO ISO9002 certificate in our operations.
